Exciting news!
I have just received a whopping royalties payment from Amazon for online sales of our haiku anthology, To Live Here. That, along with other royalties from individual postal sales, means I will soon be donating 600 pounds to Salford Loaves and Fishes! I have been in touch with their CEO, Jenni, and she told me that the money will be used towards their Christmas Day offering, it will help them serve Christmas dinner and give gifts to attendees.
This is fantastic and I want to say a HUGE thank you to Katherine and Giorgia, who edited and curated this publication, to all the poets who trusted us with their words, to my dad, Colin, for his gorgeous artwork, to Stu who did a super job of design and formatting, to Bruce H. Feingold for writing such a lovely foreword, and to each and every one of you who bought a copy.
Thank you!
This is what is at the core of The Wee Sparrow Poetry Press - kindness.
Stay well and stay creative, you lovely lot.
